For 19 years, an American white oak cask has gently tempered this spirit, gifting it soft notes of vanilla and honey. In order to give the spirit its own inimitable style, our Master Distiller lovingly transferred the spirit to a hand selected Matusalem oloroso sherry butt from the renowned González Byass bodega. Here the spirit stayed for a further two years. Through time and dedication, this whisky has been accentuated with a fusion of flavours, including plums, nectarines, ginger spice and walnuts.
