A twelve year old Highland single malt, initially matured in ex-bourbon American white oak casks, then fully matured for 18 to 24 months in 3 casks from different cooperages, having contained a single sherry of our own blend. Twice the sherry influence and bottled at 43%, it offers more intensity than the classic 12 year old and sweet fruit and spice notes.
